Refund Policy

At ATSS Consultancy (Santosh Thakur), customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow a strict refund policy:

  1. Consultancy Services:
    Refunds for consultancy services will be issued only if the service is canceled within 24 hours of booking and no work has commenced.
  2. Staffing Services:
    No refunds are provided for completed staffing arrangements or placements.
  3. Training Programs: Refunds for training sessions will be provided only if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the start of the program.
  4. Mode of Refund:  Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 15-25 business days.
  5. Refund complete within 72 working hours (for right reason) from Refund requested date ( once atss approved Refund).
  6. Customer can request for refund after 15-25 working day.
  7. Refund will be approved after deduction 10% service charge & 18% GST.
  8. REFUND DONE WILL BE THROUGH ORIGINAL PAYMENT SOURCES WITHIN 15-25 DAYS ONCE ATSS APPROVED REFUND
  9. REFUND APPROVED ONLY FOR RIGHT RESON.
  10. MISS BEHAVIOR FOR ATSS CONSULTANCY AND STAFF REFUND WILL BE NOT APPROVED.
  11. AFTER THREE ATTEMPT TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW COMPANY (SALON / SPA) WILL NOT SELECTED STAFF. THEN AFTER DEDUCTION 10% SERVICE CHARGE & 18% GST REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE APPROVED FOR REFUND PROCES
  12. Membership fee will not refundable. Once atss Consultancy share staff contact details.
  13. For approve Refund request. Need transaction details. Customer Bank account number. and IFSC Code.
  14. Customer need to send email with details and whatspp.
